Church Corner Apartments is a professionally managed mid-rise apartment complex with two-bedroom and three-bedroom homes. Some of the apartments come furnished, and all come with spacious closets, remodeled kitchens, microwaves and dishwashers. Most of the apartment units have large windows that offer stunning views. Access to the building is controlled for resident safety and security. There are a number of community amenities and facilities that make living here a real pleasure.
Community Amenities
The 24-hour fitness center here has adjustable benches, a chin-up bar, free weights, resistance machines, basic cardio equipment and mirrored walls. You'll never have to step foot outside the complex to stay in shape. The laundry room is in a quiet area of the building, and it has stacked dryers as well as counter space for folding clothes. There is a parking garage, so residents don't need to park on the street.
There are also multiple elevators, which you can use to get to the deck at the top. The deck at the top is open to the air and has beautiful views of the city. There are tables and chairs out there where people can relax, work, read or simply enjoy the views and fresh air.
Apartment Homes
The floor plans and apartment home amenities vary slightly. For instance, one floor plan is 969 square feet. The kitchen is large, and the living area separates the two bedrooms for maximum privacy. One bathroom is connected to the master bedroom, and the other is next to the second bedroom but accessible from the common areas. At 1081 square feet, Church Corner's largest unit has three bedrooms. The kitchen is large, and the dining room is nestled in a cozy corner off to the side. Three floor plans are even wheelchair accessible.
Bedrooms feature plush wall-to-wall carpeting, and some of them feature spacious walk-in closets. Every bedroom has at least one smaller closet. Kitchen designs vary. Many have been recently remodeled, but they all have appliances. Counter space is dependent on the floor plan. Potential residents also have the option of renting select units furnished.
Pet Policy
Church Corner welcomes your cats and dogs, but there are some restrictions. Rottweilers, Pit Bulls and Cane Corsos are not allowed, and crosses are also prohibited. Pet deposits, pet rent and other restrictions may apply. Service animals are welcome.
