Community Amenities
The building has underground garage parking for its residents, and there are also places for visitors to park. All of the floors have elevator access. All residents have access to the building's expansive laundry facility, which is situated so that the machines can run at any time of the day without being audible from in people's apartments. There is a community lounge that has wireless Internet, and there are often resident events there for holidays and other purposes. Unit Features
Apartments range in size from 380 square feet to 2,000 square feet. The studio units have large closets with ample storage, and they can also be used as pet areas for those residents with animals. Every floor plan has a bathroom with a bathtub, and there are dishwashers and microwaves in every apartment. Many of the one-, two- and three-bedroom units have balconies, and the glass doors let in a great deal of natural light. Some bathrooms are accessible from the living areas, and some bathrooms are only accessible from within the bedrooms.
Most of the apartments have wood-style flooring and vaulted nine-foot ceilings that make the units feel much larger than their square footages might suggest. Potential residents may be able to rent units that are already furnished if they check ahead of time for availability. Every unit has air conditioning and heating. Given that this is a high-rise building, many of the homes have spectacular views.
Pet Policy
Residents are allowed to have pets in the complex, but there are a few restrictions. Pit Bulls, Rottweilers and Cane Corsos are prohibited. In addition, related breeds or crosses are not allowed. Some of the other breeds not allowed in the complex include but are not limited to American Bulldogs, Staffordshire Bull Terriers and American Staffordshire Terriers. The complex does, however, allow English Bulldogs. Residents may need to put down pet deposits and pay pet rent.
